Therefore, the New York Mets and New York Yankees Subway Series 2014 split last week with Amazins sweeping the Yankees at Yankee Stadium, only to see the Yankees to return the favor at Citi Field.

The Mets swept the Yankees in the series four games last year , and this year the series started very well for Amazins as he won the first two games , scoring 21 runs at Yankee Stadium during 9-7 and 12 – 7 wins .

But another sweep was not in the books as the Japanese sensation Masahiro Tanaka ended Slide six games the Yankees to the Mets with a complete game, 4-0 victory Wednesday night. The Yankees pitching even better three different pitchers in Thursday’s 1-0 victory that left the Met hitters swinging in the air and shaking his head.

If you’re a Met fan, like me, you’re probably happy for the division. Yankees fans are probably a little less enthusiastic, but they have to be met, especially the way the series started four games for them.

Dicky Priest is one of those Met fans who are happy with the division, and his words are Monday’s “Sports Comment of the day.”

Dicky Priest said: “As a Mets fan all my life, I ‘m happy with a division of the Subway Series – in general, have not seen that many times the games are usually all explosions!”

Hey Met fans and Yankees fans, how do you feel the same about the division of the Subway Series? Sound off by leaving a comment below!
